چکیده

Outbreak of coronavirus seems to have exacerbated across the globe, but drugs not been discovered till now. Due having antiviral activity D-glucopyranoside derivatives, this study was designed examine as inhibitor by in sillico against main protease (Mpro) and Spike (Spro) SARS-CoV-2. First, these derivatives were optimised Density Functional Theory (DFT). The observation monitored molecular docking tools calculating binding affinities. Afterwards, ligand interaction with protein accounted for selecting how bind active sites protein. Next, root means square deviation (RMSD) mean fluctuation (RMSF) illustrated determining stability docked complex. Finally, AMDET properties calculated well Lipisinki rule. All derivates showed a affinity more than -6.0 kcal/mol while 2, 3, 9 best-bonded scoring Mpro Spro. In addition, chemical descriptors supportive an inhibitor, rule satisfied maximum molecules drug. Besides, may be predicted that they are non-carcinogenic low toxic both aquatic non-aquatic species.

Different residues in the SARS-CoV spike protein determine cleavage and activation by the host cell protease TMPRSS2

The spike (S) protein of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) mediates viral entry into target cells. Cleavage and activation of SARS S by a host cell protease is essential for infectious viral entry and the responsible enzymes are potential targets for antiviral intervention. The type II transmembrane serine protease TMPRSS2 cleaves and activates SARS S in cell culture and ...

Antimyogenic Effect of SARS-CoV Spike Protein in C2C12 Myoblasts

C2C12 myoblasts serve as well-established model system to study myogenesis, as they fuse to form multinucleated myotubes. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS–CoV) spike (S) protein plays a crucial role in viral entry. Exogenous expression of S protein in C2C12 myoblasts inhibits the formation of myotubes. Global changes in gene expression were studied in C2C12 cells expressing S...

Structural Basis for the Ubiquitin-Linkage Specificity and deISGylating Activity of SARS-CoV Papain-Like Protease

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) encodes a papain-like protease (PLpro) with both deubiquitinating (DUB) and deISGylating activities that are proposed to counteract the post-translational modification of signaling molecules that activate the innate immune response. Here we examine the structural basis for PLpro's ubiquitin chain and interferon stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) ...

Physical Activity and Natural Products and Minerals in the SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic: An Update

Coronavirus-disease 19 (COVID-19) has rapidly become a global public health issue, and there is a desperate need for strategies of prevention, reduction, and treatment to halt the epidemic. The coronavirus affects the immune system, and individuals with a compromised immune system, such as those with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, are more susceptible to this virus. Lifestyle-related variable...
